ESD Vinyl Tile

StaticWorx ESD Vinyl Tile is the favorite of facilities managers who are looking for a floor that offers a high standard of cleanliness and shine. It is tough, durable, and has an antifatigue backing that makes it ergonomically more comfortable. When installed, it creates an attractive, uniform surface that eliminates the need for additional mats.Our ESD tile integrates well with ESD carpet tile.

ESD Rubber Tile

Because of rubber's natural atomic make-up, it has the highest ESD attraction quality of all ESD products, making it the highest quality, most resilient flooring solution.

The highest quality resilient flooring solution, Staticworx® ESD rubber meets all of the recommended parameters of ANSI/ESD S.20.20. Like static control carpet, the walking body voltage properties of ESD rubber tile are low, so a rubber that measures in the dissipative range can be every bit as effective as an extremely conductive vinyl.

ESD Carpet Tile

ESD Carpet Tile is recommended for all ESD-sensitive areas where static protective footwear is not likely to be worn—Ideal for use in civilian or government areas including data storage and mission critical command centers. The patented Helix Fiber yarn system engineered into our ESD Carpet Tile ensures the consistent electrical performance of the floor, eliminating all risk of staticy carpet and static-induced malfunctions.

ESD Epoxy

StaticWorx offers two types of ESD epoxy flooring solutions: thin-mil, GroundWorx and thick-mil, HighBuild. A budget-friendly alternative to other ESD flooring types, these coatings were developed for installations where a greater investment in high-end flooring might not be justified as the floor might be temporary or re-assigned for other use in the future. Both epoxy types require an additional top wax coating. Facilities managers will be required to self-monitor the need for re-application of wax as needed.
